For the past 7 years Brandywine Contractors, Inc. has provided services to the
Appoquinimink School District in a number of capacities. The District has no mechanical
maintenace staff and utilizes BCI to perform all aspects of general carpentry work. From
door hardward, locker repair to minor interior renovations, they are called upon to deal
with every aspect of building maintenance. Their personnel are required to work within
the buildings during school hours, as well as, weekends and school holidays. Their staff
is always conscientious, courteous and reliable while around students and staff.

BCI has also been the successful low bidder on several of our Major Capital School
Projects including our new 20,000 square foot Kindergarten Center, 120,000 square foot
Middle School and several large addtions and renovations to 3 of our existing schools. It
is always reassuring when BCI wins one of our projects. All of the above mentioned
projects are currently on time and on budget or have been completed succefully in the
same manner.

Their experience, professional staff and willingness to go the extra mile for the owner
makes working with them a pleasure.

RE: Wolf Block
10th Floor
Wilmington Trust Center
Wilmington, DE

Dear Mike:

I would like to take this time to acknowledge and thank you and your team at Brandywine Contractors for the outstanding effort put forth for the work at Wolf Block.

Through the full resources of your company, BCI was able to meet the project's schedules and exceed the client's and Mitchell Associates' expectations. This was not an easy task, considering each project was completed while keeping the firm in place and operational.

Thanks, again, for a job well done!

Very truly yours,
John K. Raftery, AIA

RE: New Castle County General Warehouse

Dear Sirs:

As Project Administrator for New Castle County it is my pleasure to recommend Brandywine Contractors Inc. for your project. I worked closely with Brandywine Contractors Inc. on the New Castle County General Warehouse renovation project.

The project consisted of a total renovation of our 14,800 sq. ft. warehouse, including complete removal and replacement of all roofing, siding, and insulation. A 2,900 sq. ft. addition was also added along with a new mezzanine.

Brandywine Contractors Inc. was able to complete the project on time and under budget.

Robert Harra, Jr.
Wilmington Trust

Dear Mike:

I want to thank you for the outstanding job Brandywine Contractors did for us in the construction of two expansion projects in the Wilmington Trust Building at Rodney Square. As you are aware, the project that was completed in 2006 received rave reviews, and the second which was completed last week, we are certain, will receive the same.

You, your team and sub-contractors were always on top of things and fully aware of our needs and expectations. You were always available in person or by phone to guide me, calm us down when necessary and to do whatever it took to get the job done through the entire process. I never had a doubt that all deadlines would be met even with the last minute changes we made to the space - all of you made the process quite painless.

We would be happy to recommend your firm without hesitation to anyone seeking services. Please feel free to share this letter with prospective clients and, in addition, I would be pleased to speak with anyone about your services.

Janet A. Monell,
Executive Administrator,
WolfBlock, LLP

Dear Kelly:

In August of 2011 Brandywine Contractors, Inc. completed a total renovation of our new office building on Ruthar Drive in Newark. We purchased the building in September of 2010 and in less than a year from closing; we were enjoying our new office.

During the project, all members of the BCI team acted in a professional manner and were a pleasure to work with on a daily basis. They were able to take our vision of a basic warehouse and turn it into a wonderful office space that we are proud to share with our clients and prospects.

I would be happy to recommend BCI for anyone considering a new construction project.

With regards,

Martin E. Bramhall, PWCA
